Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your package to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as when they arrived: unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or receipt.

To start a return, email us at hello@blueowlquiltco.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@blueowlquiltco.com right away with a photo so we can make it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like something different, just start a return and place a new order once the original is approved.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with an update. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to process it.
